Our Process
We know that selling property can often be a very stressful process for land owners. It's our goal to make this transaction the most simple and effortless experience possible. That means that you have clarity and confidence in our process!
1. Submit land details
If you are interested in selling your land to Nvesterra, we just need a few details from you to generate an offer! This includes the county and state of your property, as well as address or parcel number. If any of these details are convoluted or messy, don’t let that stop you from reaching out! The business of land ownership can be tricky and we’re accustomed to helping our owners navigate circumstances to achieve a successful sale.

You can submit details to us here!

If you’ve already received an offer from us that means that you’ve met our investment criteria in your area!
2. Receive & review cash offer
After we receive information about your land, we go through a process of evaluation to decide if the investment is right for us, then generate an offer. We may contact you for additional details during this process, so be sure and designate your contact preference when you submit your information to us!
3. Sign purchase agreement
Like what you see in our offer? Your offer will include an area for you to fill out and sign, entering into a contract for sale of your land! That means we’re off to the races and will immediately begin working to coordinate your transaction.
4. Schedule closing
With a green light to get the transaction underway, we work with our network of titles companies and attorneys in your area to find the right partner to manage the sale for us. Our closing partner will then immediately begin to prepare all details and documents that will ensure a quick and smooth closing. They will provide the earliest closing date possible!
5. Receive payment
Closing day has arrived and you’ve signed on the dotted line! That means the sale has been finalized and you have received your payment. Our hope is that this process was effortless and you’re pleased with what your land was able to do for you!
